Vegans can now find more options than ever at Target with the introduction of Good & Gather Plant Based. The sub brand of the retail giant’s Good & Gather brand will feature 30 plant-based products. This includes vegan meat, creamer, salad dressing, dips, and spreads, among other products.

Good & Gather already featured some plant-based items. Meatless Chick’n Tenders and Vanilla Oatmilk have already hit Target’s shelves, and new offerings are expected to be available by fall 2021. Some of the new products developed by Target’s food scientists and recipe developers are Meatless Meatballs, Caramel Vanilla Almondmilk Creamer, and Chocolate Mousse Dip and Spread.

“Guest demand for plant-based offerings is incredibly high and continues to grow,” says Target’s Executive Vice President and Chief Food and Beverage Officer, Rick Gomez. “By adding Good & Gather Plant Based to our curated assortment of plant-based offerings, we’re giving guests more of what they want and making it easy for them to discover the joy of food every day.”

Most Good & Gather Plant Based Products will be less than $5 each, and nearly are expected to cost less than $8, making the sub brand a budget-friendly option compared to the existing vegan brands, such as Daiya, already in stock at Target.
