Yvonne is a trained plant-based Dietitian, with experience in private practice and online consultations. She studied at Griffith University on Australia’s Gold Coast, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Public Health, and a Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics. She also holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition from E Cornell University. Yvonne has written for Vegan Life Magazine and The Australian Vegan Magazine, and is a longtime volunteer with Challenge 22. She is also a content writer for various plant-based companies & is busy raising her 3 beautiful vegan children.
