Lizzo shared what she eats in a day as a vegan, including kale salad and egg-free scramble

Body positive singer Lizzo regularly shares her delicious plant-based meals with her 12.8 million Tik-Tok followers, with her ‘what I eat in a day’ videos being some of the most popular amongst fans.

In a recent Tik-Tok, the star began her day with congee topped with vegan Just Egg, paired with nutritious lentil patties.

Next up for lunch, Lizzo eats a healthy southwest style kale salad, followed by a little dairy-free chocolate.

Moving on to dinner, the singer shares a homemade dish of Korean rice cakes in a pot with mushroom and carrot sauce, topped with vegan mozzarella style cheese.

One follower commented on the video, saying ‘raise your hand if you think Lizzo should make a cooking account’. 25.6K people seem to agree, liking the comment and replying with support.

After fans drooled over the delicious meal, Lizzo uploaded a step-by-step recipe video so that her followers could recreate the dish. This is the latest of many plant-based recipes that she has already showcased on the internet.

As well as showing people that vegan food can be full of flavour, Lizzo has also been honest on her Tik-Tok about the struggles of veganism. She found that she often craves animal products when hungover, though has found a way to make brunch the healthy way.

Her new hangover comfort food consists of an egg-free cheesy scramble with spiced black beans and spinach. She also shared her top tip for the best vegan bacon by adding maple syrup, creating a candied texture.
