Las Vegas to host vegan taco and beer festival
Las Vegas is set to host its first-ever Vegan Taco and Beers Fest this spring.
At the event, attendees can expect to find up to 100 different kinds of beer, alongside not only tacos, but ice cream, hot dogs, nachos, boozy popsicles and more.
The festival, which is the result of a joint effort between two Las Vegas taco spots, Tacos and Beer and Tacotarian, was reportedly born from the love of food and drink.

“We want people just to be able to come out and enjoy great beer and food,” Tacotarian managing partner Kristen Corral told Living Vegan.
“A lot of vegans have given up beer because they don’t know which ones are vegan or not. We’ve taken all the guess work out. We also have some specialty beers that most people would never get to try if it wasn’t for this event.”

Corral went on to explain that the festival is open to everyone — so the vegan-curious need not worry about getting hazed in a green juice chug-off or indoctrinated into some kind of fruit cult. It’s simply a place to enjoy great, plant-based food and drink.
“It’s really an event for any beer geek or foodie, vegan or not,” she said.
Full details on the festival, which will take place May 4, are available here.
