Ex-WWE wrestler Ryback Reeves, also known as ‘The Big Guy’ ditched animal products last year and has been sharing with followers the benefits of being plant-based ever since.

In a recent Instagram post, the athlete showed off his defined muscles, writing: “Approaching 7 months Vegan soon, still waiting for my muscles to go away and strength to diminish, but it seems to be making me better in every way possible.” He added “A lot can change in life with an open mindset”.

Ryback also commented under a post by Plant Based News that “The vegan diet is superior in every way possible”. He also stated that he will “never go back to eating lbs of meat, chicken, and fish a day.”

The wrestler not only shares his impressive physique online but regularly posts delicious healthy dishes and indulgent cheat meals, showing his 1.5 million Instagram followers how easy it is to be vegan whilst also building muscle.

It is clear to see that eating plant-based hasn’t made Ryback lose any strength. In fact, he seems to be thriving, successfully showing athletes and non-athletes alike that they can too.
