San Antonio to host its first vegan festival this summer
San Antonio, Texas will host its first-ever vegan festival later this year.
Here’s hoping the whole “everything’s bigger” rule applies to vegan events (and treats) as well.
According to the event webpage, the two-day affair will feature vegan vendors, performers, public speakers, interactive activities, giveaways and more. Vendors already listed include animal-protection organization Sea Shepherd, apparel company Harmless Supply Co, and all-vegan sweet treat brand Cake Thieves Bakery and Eatery.

So yeah, you can be simultaneously hoovering a donut while supporting sea life preservation by picking up some charity-funding merch. The vegan dream, basically.
The event will take place August 31 and September 1, with entry-level tickets currently priced at just $5.
