Vegan Olympian Meagan Duhamel promos “perfect post-training snack” on Instagram
Figure skater and Olympic gold medalist Meagan Duhamel has taken to Instagram to share what she says is “the perfect post-training snack”.
As part of her partnership with the plant-based brand, Duhamel posted a picture of herself enjoying Daiya’s new coconut cream yogurt, accompanied by a personalized caption.
“It contains 50% less sugar than the average dairy-free yogurt and has 6 grams of plant-based protein per serving. It also contains REAL fruit,” Duhamel wrote.
“The calcium and Vitamin D helps my bones stay strong and ready for another training day.”
So there you have it, the secret power behind the Olympic gold skater is, apparently, yogurt.

The pro athlete is a longtime vegan and animal advocate, who famously rescued her dog from the South Korean dog meat trade, and is a massive proponent of healthy living.
An earlier post from Duhamel read: “Always remember that you have to nourish yourself if you want to flourish.”
Right. So, does that include daily pizza and ice cream, or not? Asking for a friend.
