Five simple vegan meal preps from YouTube’s plant-based gurus

For a lot of people, especially new vegans, knowing what to eat can be a struggle. You’ll be happy to know that this, along with makeup tutorials and ASMR videos, is what YouTube is for.

While not all of these meal plans are designed for optimum health, they are all great for time management. Five easy and fast meal preps follow, for those of us dreading the week ahead.

Do keep in mind that you can’t learn how to be cool from a YouTube video. So don’t go expecting any miracles, Emily.
